Both taglines go way back to 1956 when our founder Bill Smith started the company and both catchphrases show our longevity and dedication to customer service. Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating offers fair, value-based plumbing and heating pricing. It’s simple: we’re tradespeople — not salespeople. We base our pricing on quotes, not flat or book rates. Since every home is different, it makes sense to base job pricing on each customer’s individual needs. In addition to fair pricing, our plumbers and technicians possess an average of 16.6 years of experience. They work efficiently and professionally to get the job done and at a price promised.

COVID-19 Plumbing Service Update
Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating has been closely monitoring guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control, the Colorado Department of Health and Environment, and all the various county health departments in locations that we service, to determine how to do our part in support of community efforts to prevent the spread of this virus.
Our primary goal is to protect our customers, employees, and our families by ensuring that we do not bring any contagion into a customer site or take anything with us. In addition to wearing shoe covers in customers’ homes and hand washing, our technicians also wear disposable gloves, eye protection, and masks while on site. We have also instituted a rigorous tool sanitizing protocol to be used between job sites and regular truck cleaning. Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating respectfully asks that customers with any respiratory symptoms indicate so when calling for service and understand that we may defer service to a later time.
Drain Cleaning Update
Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating is temporarily halting drain cleaning (including sink, lavatory, shower, bathtub, laundry and main lines) because of COVID-19. Based on recommendations from governing bodies of the plumbing industry, we feel we cannot protect our workers or customers from possible contamination. We plan to bring back drain cleaning in the future as current events allow that to happen. We will be glad to give you a referral to drain cleaning companies if needed or you can go to the BBB website to find a top-rated drain cleaning company in Denver. Please use this website to gain an understanding of all the services we do offer.
To avoid drain clogs, do not flush any kind of wipes down drains, even if they are deemed flushable. Any substitute for toilet paper should be discarded into a waste paper basket. We also recommend that any debris on plates be scraped off into the trash to reduce the amount of debris going down a kitchen drain or garbage disposal. The less stress your drains are under means the less need for a plumber or drain cleaner.
Thank you for your understanding and patience to our staff. If we have further policy changes as the situation evolves, we will inform our customers as soon as possible. As always, we appreciate your business.
